The challenge

High-performing teams still run on caffeine and willpower.

Long hours, back-to-back meetings, travel and screen-heavy days make it easy for good nutrition to slip — even in organisations that genuinely care about wellbeing. The result shows up as afternoon energy crashes, harder-to-shake stress, and burnout that no wellness webinar quite reaches.

A structured nutrition programme, delivered directly where your people already are, gives teams a practical way to protect their energy and focus — without adding another app to ignore or another box-ticking session to ignore it in.

What we deliver

Mix and match to build your programme

We already partner with dental, optical and aesthetic clinics across London to deliver 1:1 nutrition care — and we bring exactly the same standard into the workplace. Every corporate programme is delivered with the same depth of consultation we give our private patients: individualised, evidence-based guidance, not a diluted version built for groups.

That means your team gets a genuinely higher level of access to expert nutrition support — without the cost, or the waiting times, that usually come with going private.

Workplace clinics

Bookable 1:1 consultations delivered on-site, in a private room you provide or ours.

Team workshops

Group sessions on nutrition, energy and performance, built around your team's schedule.

1:1 strategy sessions

Personalised nutrition plans for individuals managing specific goals or health considerations.

Recipe packs

Practical, ready-to-use recipes for busy, unpredictable schedules — can be branded with your company logo if useful for engagement.

Performance nutrition education

Optional deeper-dive content on nutrition for high performance, focus and resilience.

Online personal training

A separate, optional extra for employees after their screening — not part of the in-workplace 1:1 strategy sessions — with discounts on 8–12 week programmes.

What it means for your people

The employer gets a healthier workforce. Each employee gets a lot more than that.

More energy through the working day, not just outside it
Personalised guidance — not generic wellness content everyone scrolls past
Completely confidential — nothing shared with your employer beyond programme participation
Judgement-free support for real goals: weight, blood sugar, energy, strength, stress
An optional 8–12 week personal training programme after screening, kept separate from the 1:1 workplace sessions, with professional accountability throughout
Delivered flexibly online, fitting around their schedule rather than commuting to fit a class
Practical, realistic changes built around a real working life — not a plan that only works on holiday
A benefit made more accessible through employee discounts, rather than gated behind full personal-training rates

Built for your sector

Nutrition looks different in every organisation. So does the approach.

Built around a law firm's hours

  • Screening and 1:1 slots scheduled around case and court commitments, including early-morning or evening options for associates working long hours
  • Workshops on managing energy through trial periods, deal completions and other high-intensity spikes, not just a generic "eat well" session
  • 1:1 support for patterns common in legal careers — caffeine and alcohol reliance, meal-skipping under deadline, and the physical toll of long sedentary hours
  • Screening trends reported back at firm level only, useful for spotting burnout risk across a department without naming individuals
  • A tangible line in your wellbeing or ESG reporting, alongside — not instead of — your existing EAP
  • Confidential, individual sessions — nothing reported back to management beyond participation

Built around a tech team's pace

  • Support for screen-heavy, sprint-driven schedules where meals are often an afterthought
  • Nutrition strategies for sustained focus and cognitive performance, not just "eating healthy" — sharper thinking, better decisions, more collaborative problem-solving
  • Delivered through live workshops, 1:1 coaching calls and Zoom sessions, so hybrid and remote employees get exactly the same experience as head office
  • Content and scheduling built around sprint cycles, launch periods and on-call rotations, rather than a fixed weekly slot that never quite fits
  • A benefit that matches what competitive tech employers are expected to offer, and one people actually use rather than a dormant app subscription

Built for mixed shift and desk-based workforces

  • Separate workshop and clinic formats for shift-pattern production staff and desk-based office teams, so neither group is an afterthought
  • Guidance specifically relevant to alertness and fatigue management for safety-critical, production-floor roles
  • An evidence-based, individualised approach — each plan reflects a person's actual role, shift pattern and lifestyle, not a generic handout
  • Rolled out consistently across multiple sites from a single programme design, rather than re-briefing at every location
  • Cost-per-head efficiencies at scale, where screening and workshop numbers run into hundreds or thousands of employees

Built around a professional services calendar

  • Short, practical 30–45 minute on-site consultations, designed around Central London offices with minimal disruption to the working day
  • Screening and 1:1 slots built around reporting periods, deal cycles and travel-heavy diaries
  • Strategies for managing client entertaining — alcohol, rich food and disrupted routines — without it becoming a long-term health cost
  • Support for jet lag and time-zone-hopping schedules, keeping energy consistent across back-to-back client meetings
  • A visible, used addition to your benefits package — investing in nutrition signals your firm values its people, which shows up in retention

Built around your organisation

  • A structured nutrition offering for any large employer, regardless of sector
  • For values-led or wellness-focused organisations, this isn't crisis management — it's real substance behind a culture you already care about, delivered by a qualified professional rather than an app subscription nobody opens
  • A credible complement to existing wellbeing work, useful if health and wellbeing are already part of your employer brand, B Corp status or ESG commitments
  • A scoping call maps your specific working patterns — shift work, travel, desk-based, seasonal peaks — onto the right mix of screenings, workshops and 1:1 support
  • Scales from a single-office pilot to a multi-site rollout
  • Don't see your sector above? If your teams work long, high-pressure, or simply demanding hours, it's very likely a fit

Who's delivering the sessions

A registered nutritionist, brought directly to your organisation

I'm Alice Rea, a registered nutritionist (MN.Nutr) and founder of Nutrition By Alice. I started in 2019 as a personal trainer, then qualified as a nutritionist in 2022, and today work with individuals and organisations across London and online.

I take a scientific, evidence-based approach, balanced with empathy and a sharp eye for pattern recognition. I work with each individual holistically — understanding their life both inside and outside the office — to build a bespoke plan grounded in effective, evidence-based strategy.

I hold full professional indemnity insurance and am certified to work with clients across the UK, Europe, South Africa, Australia and America — useful where teams are distributed across offices or time zones.

Alongside corporate work, I run The London Nutrition Practice, delivering 1:1 clinical nutrition consultations in partnership with dental, optical and aesthetic clinics across London.

I also work regularly with clients managing frequent travel and jet lag, and with teams operating across time zones or unsociable hours — night shifts, on-call rotations, and calls with global offices — building nutrition strategies that hold up outside a normal 9-to-5.

Questions HR and People teams usually ask

A few things worth clarifying upfront

Corporate clinics typically run for teams of 6 or more. If you're smaller than that, get in touch anyway — there's usually still a way to make it work.

Yes — sessions and workshops can be delivered virtually, so the programme works whether your team is in one office or spread across several locations.

It sits alongside what you already offer rather than replacing it — a practical, hands-on complement to an existing EAP or wellbeing package.

As a legitimate staff-welfare cost, the price of workplace health screenings is generally fully deductible against your corporation tax bill — there's no special cap on that deduction. Separately, HMRC also allows one health-screening assessment and one medical check-up per employee, per tax year, without it counting as a taxable benefit for that individual. I'm not an accountant, so it's worth confirming the exact treatment with your finance team, but happy to talk through how other organisations have structured it.

Yes — programmes are designed to flex from a single-office pilot to a multi-site or multi-country rollout.

It's kept distinct from the in-workplace 1:1 strategy sessions. Personal training is offered as an optional next step after an employee's screening — delivered virtually over an 8–12 week programme, at a discounted employee rate for anyone who wants to take it further.

1:1 session content stays strictly between the individual and the nutritionist. Reporting back to your organisation is at a programme level only — participation and engagement, never personal health details.
